Hey TEENS!!!!
Would you be willing to help me with providing some feedback about the SJOA Youth Group? I want to include this survey in the weekly bulletin with your answers featured to help invite new teens to the programs. So whether you are a graduated member who is now in college or a current high school teen please take just a few minutes to seriously answer these questions. If your experience with SJOA YM means/meant anything to you then your witness will bring many other teens to Our Lord.
Here are the questions just answer the ones that apply to you. Please take this seriously and be “friendly and inviting” in your descriptions and answers. Thank you so much!
